Małopolskie Święto Warzyw, którego organizatorem jest gmina Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce, już na stałe wpisało się w kalendarz imprez ogrodniczych. Jak co roku, w pierwszą niedzielę września, świętowano na płycie lotniska Aeroklubu Krakowskiego w Pobiedniku Wielkim. Na tą okazję przygotowano wiele atrakcji, nie tylko muzycznych. Swoje stoiska z potrawami prezentowały panie z kół gospodyń wiejskich.
Absolwentka Uniwersytetu Rolniczego w Krakowie. Studia ukończyła w zakresie Techniki Komputerowej w Gospodarce Żywnościowej, a w 2011 r. uzyskała tytuł doktora nauk rolniczych. Od listopada 2011 r. pracuje jako redaktor w Wydawnictwie Plantpress. Jest autorem licznych artykułów o tematyce warzywniczej. Jej artykuły można przeczytać w czasopismach "Szklarnie Tunele Osłony", "Warzywa", "Hasło Ogrodnicze". Od września 2018 r. zajmuje się także prowadzeniem portalu Warzywa.pl
